Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All lost packages should be followed up and investigated with the courier. Once it has been handed over to the courier we are no longer responsible , so please ensure all addresses are correct before placing an order.

  1. Domestic Shipping (UK)


  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

  • Delivery Options & Timeframes:
    • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–5 business days.
    • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if ordered before 12pm).

 

  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £120.

 

  • Tracking:
    Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

 

2. International Shipping

  • Processing Time:
    International orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Europe: 5–10 business days.
    • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days.
    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days.


Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

    International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and size.
  • Tracking:
    All international orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.


 


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)


  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order.


4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues


Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses,
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses,
  • Delays or fees due to customs clearance.
  • Lost/Stolen packages - Contact courier for investigation


If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it (additional shipping charges will apply).
