At She So Fit, we take great pride in the quality and care of every product we send out. Each item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it meets our high standards.

She So Fit UK – Refund & Returns Policy


At She So Fit UK, we want you to feel confident and empowered in every piece you wear. In the rare case you don’t absolutely love your item, we’re happy to offer a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

 

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns after the 14-day period has passed.
  • We do not accept returns for gift cards, sale items marked as final sale, or for intimate apparel such as leggings or bodysuits if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Non-Returnable After 14 Days

 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the 14-day return window. Please ensure you check your items as soon as they arrive and contact us promptly if there’s an issue.

Return Postage

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 


How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shesofit.co.uk with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 - 14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
