Markets, Currency & International Orders

We operate separate Shopify markets for the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and other international destinations. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market where supported. The UK market uses GBP, the United States market uses USD and the Europe market uses EUR as its base currency with local currencies enabled where supported.

For international orders, local VAT, duties, customs charges or handling fees may apply depending on destination. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Availability can change without notice.

Prices and Payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order because of a genuine stock, pricing or payment error, we may cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.

Returns and Consumer Rights

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the store's operation or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

The She So Fit name, branding, original site content, graphics and product photography are owned by or licensed to SHE SO FIT LTD and may not be copied or used commercially without permission except where law allows.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is placed will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
